Weekend house designed by the architecture firm Cambefort and Boza consisting of 5 rooms and 5 and a half bathrooms. Den, Dining Room and a large kitchen.
House 11, Punta Barco Village
Weekend home, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Large living and dining room with a terrace looking out to a beautiful pool and back patio. High ceiling making it a very cool and pleasent inside the house.

Garden Apartment 2
As the name says, it is a small building consiting of a ground floor with four apartments, each with its own patio, a first floor with the same ground floor apartments looking over the social and pool area and a very large Penthouse in the second floor. All of the apartments with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large living and dining room and terrace. An open kitchen in each apartment and all with a maids quarters with bathroom and a laundry room.

A modified house from the original Ixora 2 model designed by Cambefort and Boza. This house was built over two lots, making more space to play with the back patio social area. Large roofed BBQ area overlooking the pool. 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, dinning room, living and den area, kitchen, laundry and full maids quaters.
